Refund Policy

How refunds are handled once an eligible return reaches us.

When we issue a refund

Once we receive your returned items and confirm they meet the conditions in our Returns Policy, we will approve your refund. If a return does not meet those conditions, we will contact you before making a decision.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. Because online card payment is not yet enabled on this store, any order paid through an alternative method confirmed by our team will be refunded through that same method.

Timing

We aim to process approved refunds within five business days of receiving your return. After we process a refund, the time for it to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

What a refund covers

  • The price of the returned items.
  • Original delivery charges where the entire order is returned because the items were faulty or sent in error.

Return postage is not refunded unless an item was faulty or sent in error.

Your statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom and does not affect them.
