Shipping Policy
How we send Kitchen Store orders within the United Kingdom, including rates, timing and tracking.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside the UK at this time.
Rates
- Standard UK delivery: a flat £4.95 per order.
- Free standard delivery on orders of £60 or more.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within one to two business days. Once dispatched, standard UK delivery normally takes three to five business days. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched we send a confirmation email with tracking details where available, so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Problems with a delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@kiitchenstore.shop and we will help put it right.
