Returns Policy

You can return most unused Kitchen Store items within 30 days. Here is how it works.

Your 30-day window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and returned in their original packaging.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@kiitchenstore.shop with your order number and the items you would like to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Send the items back to us, keeping your proof of postage until your return is processed.

Return postage

Unless an item is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service for your own protection.

Items we cannot accept

  • Items that have been used or are not in resaleable condition.
  • Items returned without their original packaging.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty or you received the wrong item, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund, including any return postage we ask you to pay.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we process refunds as described in our Refund Policy.
